History
Alok Mathur established Development Capital & Financing, LLC (“DC&F”) in 2005 in the State of Connecticut (USA), following a 30-year career with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). The company has grown over the years with expert principals, partners, and teaming organizations joining the team.
DC&F does business under the trademark Global Project Finance Advisory Council (“GPFAC”).
The company has partnered with Apex Rail, EIC Partners and Frost & Sullivan, adding specific capabilities that broaden GPFAC’s experience.
